Refill is the most inconsistently written field in this industry, so it is worth being precise about. A refill window is a promise, not a delivery method. R30 means that if the count drops inside 30 days of delivery, you can ask for a top-up. Outside 30 days you cannot. Lifetime means no stated end, which in practice means as long as that panel is still selling that service. No refill, or NR, is a perfectly reasonable thing to buy. Views on a video that is irrelevant by Friday do not need a guarantee. It is a bad thing to buy for a client on a monthly retainer, because every drop after delivery is an order you pay for twice. The arithmetic most resellers skip: a service at 0.42 with no refill and a realistic 20 percent drop over the first month costs about 0.50 delivered and held. A service at 0.48 with a 30 day refill costs 0.48 and one support ticket. The cheaper looking line is the more expensive one. Two things worth watching: 1. The name and the description often disagree. The name says R30 and the description says no guarantee. In a dispute the description usually wins, and the name is what you read. 2. Refill is not drop rate. Refill is what the panel promises. Drop rate is what happens. No panel publishes the second one. What does your experience say, which refill labels have actually been honoured when you opened a ticket?
What refill actually means on a panel listing: R30, lifetime, no refill
