At SMMCompare, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid subscription plans.
2. Subscription Refunds
Within 7 days of purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date. No questions asked.
After 7 days: Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as:
- Accidental duplicate payments
- Extended platform downtime or service disruption
- Technical issues preventing you from using the paid features
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Cryptocurrency payments: Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, or in USDT at the exchange rate at the time of the refund
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on the blockchain network
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free plan usage (no charge was made)
- Partial month usage after the 7-day refund window
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase
6. Plan Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- No further charges will be made

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
